Are you one of those owners or managers of new, small, medium or even large businesses out there trying to make something remarkable out of your carefully saved money and time? If you are, read on and find out how outsourcing can make all the difference.
There are three basic requirements in making small to medium size businesses survive today’s globalized commerce. First is the ability to come up with a team of personnel who belongs to the best in their expertise and field. Second is the capacity to maximize the resources out of a tight pocket and still fulfill the first requirement. Third is having internet connectivity, which is the best and most effective communication tool today. We will be focusing on the first two basic and hardest to comply with requirements. For our purposes, we will define outsourcing as the process of transferring personnel hiring and management to another company or service provider. It is characterized by three important players, the outsourcing service provider, you, the client and the client’s customers.
Outsourcing saves you time, energy and a lot of money. Because of its nature, outsourcing allows managers and business owners like you to expand your options in operating your business from other state or even other countries who have a large number of human resource supplies with similar set of skills. This entails two ways of empowerment. In most cases, doing this not only (1) minimizes your expenditures because of the comparatively lower rates in other states or countries but also (2) transfers the burden of the whole process of people management from hiring, training to keeping employees.
While the outsourcing company takes care of the hiring and training of new employees, it is also relieving managers and business owners like you from actual personnel management. This gives you sufficient time to focus on decision making and in improving your products and service, which are more critical factors for your business.
Now with the first and second basic requirements satisfied, your only problem would be making sure you had good and reliable internet connection and a stable network.
